Passed away peacefully on June 25, 2012, at The Princess Royal Hospital, after a short illness, leaving Wife Elsie, Children Melanie and Kevin, Grandsons Jamie and Ryan and Brother Peter.Funeral Service, 3pm, Thursday, July 5, at Telford Crematorium.
Family flowers only but donations if so desired to Ward 7, Gastro Unit at The Princess Royal Hospital would be appreciated.
