Passed away unexpectedly at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham, after a long battle with illness on May 18, 2017, aged 39 years.
Dearly loved Fiancee to Rob, Daughter of Graham and the late Elaine, Step-Daughter of Linda, loving Sister to Catherine and Aunty to Ellie.
Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium on Friday, June 9, 2017 at 3pm.
Family flowers only but donations if desired please to besplit between Ward 625 and ITU Section A at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
Come to celebrate Alison's life and dress comfortably.
