nee Thomas

On May 16, 2017, aged 67 years.

Of Belle Vue, Shrewsbury.

Beloved Wife to Bill, loving and much loved Mum to Lisa and Dave, Mother-in-law to Charlie and Clare, adored Grandma to Zack, Poppy, Charlotte and Olivia.

She willbe very much missed by all who knew her.

A celebration of Jan's life to take place at Shrewsbury Crematorium, on Wednesday, May 31, 2017, at 11.30am.

Family flowers only please but donations if wished to go towards the ITU Trust Fund at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital.

In memory of Jan a splash of colour would be very much appreciated.
