The Family of the late Mr Richard Martin wish to express their sincere thanks to all Relatives, Friends and Neighbours and former Colleagues for the kind messages of sympathy, loveand support received at this sad time, for your attendance at his Funeral Service and for your donations to the Severn Hospice, Shrewsbury.

We extend our special thanks to Richard's Doctors and to the Staff at Bridgnorth Medical Practice for all your efforts on his behalf throughout his illness, to the Doctors and all Staff at The Princess Royal Hospital NHS Trust at Telford for your care and kindness to Richard during his stay with you and for the great dignity afforded to him in the final stage of his life, to Colours Florists of Much Wenlock for the floral Coffin tribute, to Richard's Nephew Matt Martin for your very personal contribution to the occasion and to Lisa and her Team at the Parlours Hall Hotel in Bridgnorth for your warm hospitality and for the excellent post Funeral reception catering afterwards.
