Loving Wife Gwen, Son Tim and Daughter Amanda wish to thank Family, Friends and Neighbours for their support, cards and kind messages of sympathy received and to everyone who attended the Funeral Service.

Thanks to RevP Williams for his support and officiating at the Service so well.

Special thanks to Mr Chris Painter for his help and guidance throughout the arranging of the Funeral.

Donations received œ700 have been sent to Prostate Cancer Research UK with a small donation to Marden Medical Centre in appreciation for the care John received from Dr Bottomley.
