Passed away peacefully surrounded by his Family on May 10, 2017. Aged 64 years.
Dearly loved and sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.
Funeral Service to be held at St. Michael &All Angels Church, Lilleshall on Tuesday, May 30, 2017 at 10am, followed by Committal at Telford Crematorium.
Family flowers only, but donations if desired to Dreamcatcher Children Charitable Fund, for which purpose a collection box will be provided inChurch and the Crematorium.
