Peacefully on Saturday, May 6, 2017, at The Maelor Hospital, Wrexham, surrounded by her loving Family, aged 81 years.

Beloved Partner of the late Colin, much loved Mum of John, Philip and Gaynor, dearly loved Nan of Sarah, Oliver and Sally.

Connie will be very sadly missed by all her Family and Friends.

Funeral Service, Wednesday, May 17, at St John's Church, Rhosymedre, at 12.30pm, followed by Interment in Hengoed Cemetery.
