Mrs Ann Lloyd and the Family of the late Mr Geoff Lloyd wish to express their sincere thanks to all Relatives, Friends, Neighbours and former Colleagues for the cards, letters and other messages of sympathy, love and support received at this very sad time, for your attendance at the Funeral Service, for your flowers and for your donations to Ward 7 at The Princess Royal Hospital NHS Trust at Telford.

Special thanks to his Doctors, to the Staff at Bridgnorth Medical Practice and to the Doctors and all Staff at The Princess Royal Hospital NHS Trust at Telford, particularly all on Ward 7, for all your efforts on Geoff's behalf throughout his long illness, to allat The Shakespeare Inn, Bridgnorth, for looking after everyone so well afterwards and to Father Iain Griffiths and Organist Mr Tim Jordan for leading us so thoughtfully through an otherwise very difficult day.
