Passed away peacefully surrounded by his Family on May 8, 2017, aged 80 years.

Beloved Husband of Dot, cherished Father of Lisa, Gary, Julie and the late Scott. Adored Grandad ofJack, Grace, Imogen and Ethan and a special Brother and Friend to many.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium on Monday, May 22, 2017 at 12 noon.

Family flowers only please, donations if desired for The Renal Unit at The Princess Royal Hospital, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
