Of Sheet Road, Ludlow. Passed away peacefully at home on June 18, 2012, aged 70 years. Beloved Wife of Dave, adored Mum of Tracie and John and cherished Nan of Ben. Pat was loved by so many and will be so dearly missed by allher Family and Friends.
Funeral Service to take place at St John's Church, Ludlow on Monday, July 2, at 1.30pm, followed by Cremation at Hereford Crematorium at 3pm.
Family flowers only please with kind donations received in Pat's memory, in lieu of flowers, being given to The Shropshire Blood Trust Fund.
