Passed away suddenly at home on April 16, 2017, aged 34 years.

Dearly loved Son to Chris and Avis, devoted Husband to Hannah, proud Dad to Henry and Arthur, best Friend and Brother to Ryan. Admired and lovedby everyone.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium on Friday, May 12, at 11am.

Family flowers only please, donations if desired to Birmingham Children's Hospital, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.

No black to be worn by request.
