Who died February 10, 2017.

Isobel, Alan, Julia and Grandchildren, his Sister Marg and Brother Rob wish to thank all for attending Dave's Funeral and for the many cards, messages and donations amounting to over œ1,000.

To the wonderful Friends of Dave's, retired Police Officers and volunteers of Friends of Apley Wood for their unending support in keeping Dave cheerful throughout, so important to us during the last two years.

Thank you so much.

Our heartfelt thanks to Reverend Molly Chitokwindo for her kindness and inspirational Service, to our Grandchildren Natalie and Zac for their wonderful tributes and their Mother Julia for her help. John for his memoirs of Dave's life and Rosemary for the reading of Dave's favourite poem, so much appreciated.

The care and professionalism from Andrea and the Team at Harry Edwards and the floral tribute from Tina, lovely. Not forgetting the never ending buffet at The Wickets.

All these people made the day sospecial. Again thank you but most of all our special thanks for all who attended to Dave during his illness, from the GPs at Charlton Medical Centre, Oakengates, The Princess Royal Hospital, The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital and The Queen Elizabeth Hospitalin Birmingham and our wonderful Severn Hospice at Apley Castle, we will always be forever indebted to you all.
