Of Malinslee, Telford.
Passed away suddenly on March 3, 2017, aged 25 years.
Loving Son to Fred and to the late Sue, Brother to Craig, Greg, Clint, Mitch, Richard, Tammy, Laura and Gemma, Partner to Kirsty and Dad to Masie, Lacie, Lilly and Lydia.
Who has gone too soon but will never be forgotten.
Funeral Service, 10am, Wednesday, March 22, 2017, at St Michael's Church, Madeley, followed by Interment in Castle Green Cemetery.
Flowers welcome but if desired donations toHope House Children's Hospice would be appreciated.
