Died peacefully at the Severn Hospice, Telford on March 5, 2017, aged 85 years.

Dearest Husband of Val.

Derek will be sadly missed by all his loving Family and Friends.

Thanksgiving Service to take place at The United Reformed Church, Shrewsbury on Tuesday, April 4, 2017, at 12.30pm.

Family flowers only please.

Donations if desired to the Severn Hospice, Telford, for which purpose a donation plate will be provided in the Church.
