Passed away peacefully at the Severn Hospice, Telford on Monday, March 6, 2017. Aged 67 years.

Loving Wife of Ian.

Devoted Mum of Paul and Hayley and a doting Grandma to George Henry, Grace Elizabeth and Jack Frederick.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium on Monday, March 27 at 11am.

No black preferred.

Family flowers only please.

Donations to be divided between the Severn Hospice, Telford and Cancer Research UK, for which purpose a donation box will be provided.
