Father of Andrew, Brother of Peter, Michael and Pauline.

He will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service, 10am, Monday, March 20, at Telford Crematorium.

At Terry's request casual dress would be appreciated.

Family flowers only by request or if desired donations to Clinic 12 at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital or Ward 14 at The Princess Royal Hospital.
