Of Telford, passed away peacefully at The University Hospital, Stoke-on-Trent, on May 10, 2012, aged 80 years.
In loving memory of the Mother of Jane and Andrew, Nana of Luca, Freddie, George and Anna and Mother- in-lawof Simon and Tiziana.
Funeral Service, 3pm, Wednesday, June 6, at Telford Crematorium.
Family flowers only by request but if desired donations for Horsehay Methodist Church would be appreciated.
