Peacefully passed away on February 9, 2017, aged 60 years. A beloved Father, Grandfather, Son and Brother, he will be missed by all his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service, 3.30pm on Wednesday, March 1, 2017, at ShrewsburyCrematorium.

Family flowers only but donations if so desired for the Cancer Unit at The Royal Stoke University Hospital, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
