Lynda and her Family would like to sincerely thank all their wonderful extended Family, very special Friends, wonderful Neighbours who surrounded John and Mavis during 50 years living at Wilkinson Avenue, his work Colleagues andFriends who showed their love and support during their difficult time of saying 'goodbye' to John, who had been a devoted Husband, wonderful Dad, loving Grandad and Great-Grandad, Uncle and Friend. Also thank you for all the generous donations, cards and messages and thank you to all those who attended John's Funeral, were represented or contacted Lynda and Dave with apologies but still showing support, for which we are very grateful.

Along this journey we were supported by The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, special thanks to Dr Roddy and her wonderful Team of kind, caring, professional Nurses on Ward 27R, especially Katie who was with John during his last moments. Dr Heber and Dr Assam who cared for John in connection with his long standing heart condition. Also, C. J. Williams Funeral Directors, special thanks to Simon, Julie and Adam who are professional, tactful, kindness itself. We will be eternally grateful to them all for making this hard time bearable. A special thank you to Flower Fair for theirartistry in creating the beautiful flowers that were a bright light on a dark day and were admired by all as second to none. We are grateful to Reverend Michael Pope for leading a lovely Service that gave comfort and guidance. We also have to show our gratitude to Sheila, Harriet and the Team at Shrewsbury Crematorium for their kindness during the Laying to Rest of both John and Mavis, they were more help than we could ever have imagined. This acknowledgement would not be complete without our sincere heartfelt thanks to Much Wenlock and Cressage Medical Practice for a life time of care. A special thank you to Dr Fiona Hay, Dr Wentall and Libby Collinson for their support over many years and especially at the end of John's long and happy life.

A massive thank you for all the donations that will be going to The British Heart Foundation that at the last count was œ410.
