Bill and Verena Swinnerton and the Family of the late Mr. Stan Bourne wish to express their sincere thanks to all Relatives and Friends for the messages of sympathy and support received in the loss of a very special Uncle, for your attendance at his Funeral Service and for your donations to The Lady Forester Care Home Residents Comforts Fund.

Special thanks to Stan's Doctors, to the Staff at Broseley Medical Practice, Much Wenlock and Broseley District Nurses and to the wonderful Staff at The Lady Forester Day Care Centre at Broseley for your care of and kindness to him throughout his stay with you and for the dignity afforded to him in the closing stages of his life, to Paul's Flowers from under The Town Hall for the floral Coffin tribute, to Steve and Norma and their Team at The Tudor Room in Bridgnorth for the excellent post-Funeral reception catering afterwards and to The Rector, the Revd. Preb. Simon Cawdell for leading a most dignified Ceremony at Bridgnorth Town Cemetery Chapel.

Further special thank you to Perry and Phillips for their understanding, support and guidance they gave through this difficult time and the dignity with which Stan was cared for up to and duringthe Funeral.
