Passed away in The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, on Thursday, May 17, 2012, aged 86 years after a short illness.

Beloved Wife of the late Phil, loving Mum to Margaret, Terry and Carol, special Nanny and Great-Nanny.

Jess will be sadly missed by all her Family and Friends.

Private Committal Service at Pentrebychan Crematorium, Wrexham, on Wednesday, May 30, followed by a Thanksgiving Service at St Andrew's Church, Welsh Frankton, at 1pm.

Family flowers only please but donations if desired to The British Heart Foundation (Ellesmere Branch).

Black clothes optional, a splash of colour would be welcomed.
