Passed away peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital on January 29, 2017, aged 101 years.

Funeral Service and Interment, 1pm, Tuesday, February 7 at St Andrew's Church, Tudhoe Grange, Spennymoor, County Durham.

A celebration of Tom's life will be held at Ketley Methodist Church, Telford at 12.30pm, Saturday, February 11.

No black please.

A treasured Relative and Friend, who will be sadly missed.

Donations if desired will be divided between the Severn Hospice, Telford and The Midlands Air Ambulance.
