Suzanne Diane
Of York Road, Harlescott Grange, Shrewsbury.
Passed away after her struggle, surrounded by loved ones.
Loving Mother to Danny and loving Partner and lifelong Friend to Don, a much loved Sister, Aunty, Mother-in-law, Stepmother and loving Grandmother to many.
She will be very sadly missed and 'forever in our hearts with cherished memories'.
Funeral Service to be held at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury on Friday, February 10, 2017, at 11.30am.
Family flowers onlyplease but donations to the Severn Hospice.
