Of Harlescott, passed away peacefully on January 10, 2017, at the Severn Hospice, aged 74 years.

Devoted Wife of the late Gordon, loving Mum of Roger, Paul and Sarah, Mother-in-law of Kim and Adrian, Grandma toEleanor and Charlie.

Jan will be sadly missed by all her loving Family and many Friends.

Funeral Service to be held at Shrewsbury Cemetery Chapel, Longden Road, on Thursday, February 9, at 11am.

Family flowers only please, donations if desired to be shared between the Severn Hospice and Ward 8 at The Princess Royal Hospital.
