Passed away peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital on January 6, 2017, aged 65 years.
Devoted Wife of Philip, Mother of Rebecca, Leigh and Chris. Loving Nana of Olivia and Imogen.
Deeply loved and sadly missed by all her Family and Friends.
Funeral Service, 2pm, Tuesday, January 24, at Telford Crematorium.
Family flowers only but donations if desired for the Severn Hospice would be appreciated.
