Sadly passed away on December 28, 2016, aged 47 years.
Wife of Andrew, Mum of Will and Adam, Daughter Bill and Sue, Sister of Michael, James and Matthew.
Funeral Service to be held at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury on Thursday, January 19, at 1.15pm.
