Of Shrewsbury, passed away on Breidden Ward at the Severn Hospice on May 7, 2012, aged 61 years.

Devoted Son of the late Albert and Maud, Brother to John, Janet, Haydn, Del, Elaine, Nick and the late Jean, Brother-in-law of Brian, Janet and Sandra, Uncle to Craig, Darren, Wayne, Gareth, Simon, Jane, Adam, Danielle and Ben and a Great-Uncle who will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to take place at Shrewsbury Crematorium, on Wednesday, May 23, 2012, at 3.15pm.

Black clothing optional.

Family flowers only please but donations would be appreciated for the Severn Hospice.
