Passed away peacefully at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham on Friday, December 16, 2016, aged 49 years.
He will be sadly missed and forever loved by his Wife Cathie, Daughter Zoe, Son Jack and Family and Friends.
He fought a courageous battle till the very end.
Service will take place at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury on Wednesday, January 4, 2017, at 10am.
Smart casual dress kindly requested.
Family flowers only please but donations if desired for Cure Leukaemia.
