Mr John Price, Joanne and Terry and the Family of the late Mrs Kath Price wish to express their sincere thanks to all Relatives, Friends, Neighbours and former Colleagues for thecards, letters, emails and other kind messages of sympathy, love and prayers received at this very sad and most difficult time, for your attendance at the Funeral Service and for your donations, which are being received for and will be divided between the Severn Hospice (Telford) and The Lingen Davies Cancer Appeal at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital N.H.S. Trust.

Your wonderful support has been greatly appreciated by us all.

We extend our special thanks to her Doctors and to the Staff at Bridgnorth Medical Practice for all your efforts on Kath's behalf throughout her illness, to Bridgnorth Community Nurses and to ShropDoc for your support, to the Doctors and all Staff at the Severn Hospice at Telford for your care of and kindness to Kath and to the Family throughout her stay with you and for the great dignity afforded to her in the closing hours of her life, to Blooms Florists of Bridgnorth for the beautiful floral tributes, we were very pleased, to the Bearers for completing your duties with such dignity, to everyone who contributed their memories of her to us for inclusion in the Ceremony, to everyone at The Woodberry Down in Bridgnorth for your warm hospitality on a raw day, for the excellent post Funeral reception and for looking after everyoneso well afterwards and to the Reverend Terry Mason and Organist Dr John Turnock for leading us in a most comforting Service.
