Died unexpectedly on December 2, 2016, at Stoke University Hospital, aged 81 years.

Beloved Husband, best Friend and Soulmate to Jen, dearest Dad to Jon, Nick andMatt, Father-in-law to Adrienne and Katie, adored Grandad and playmate to Sam and Jacob, a much loved Brother-in-law and Uncle. John will be greatly missed by all his loving Family and Friends and his beloved Dogs Flossie and Nell.

Funeral Service to be held at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury, on Thursday, December 29, at 1.15pm.

Black dress optional.
