The much loved Husband of Anne and dearly loved Father of Darren and Grandfather to Izzy and Jack.

Service at Shrewsbury Crematorium, on Friday, December 16, 2016, at 5pm.

No flowers by request please.

Donations, if wished, to The Midlands Air Ambulance charity and The Royal Stoke University Hospital (Critical Care Unit), for which purpose a collection box will bemade available at the Crematorium.
