Passed away peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital on November 26, 2016.

Beloved Husband of Ann, dearly loved Dad to David and Sarah, cherished Grandad to Liam and Nathan.

Funeral Service, 1pm, Wednesday, December 14, at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only but donations if desired will be divided between The British Heart Foundation and the County Air Ambulance.
