Passed away peacefully at Lightmoor View Care Home, on November 11, 2016, aged 87 years.

Will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium, on Friday, December 2, 2016, at 3pm.

Family flowers only please.

Donations if desired please to Dementia UK, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
