Passed away on November 3, 2016, in The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, aged 67 years. Will be sadly missed by all his Family and many Friends.

Funeral Service to be held at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury, on Thursday, November 24, at 10.45am.

Family flowers only please.

Donations if desired to be divided between The O'Connor Haematology Day Unit and The Midlands Air Ambulance, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
