Mr John Malin and the Family of the late Mrs Dot Malin wish to express their sincere thanks to all Relatives, Friends, Neighbours and former Colleagues for the many cards, letters, e-mails and other kind messages of sympathy, love and prayers received at this very sad time, for the attendance of over 150 of you at her Funeral Service and for your donations, which are being received for and will be divided between The H.D.U. andThe I.T.U. at The Princess Royal Hospital N.H.S. Trust at Telford.

Your wonderful support has been greatly appreciated by us all.

We extend our special thanks to Dr R C Horton, Consultant Cardiologist and to his Team at New Cross Hospital N.H.S. Trustat Wolverhampton for caring for Dorothy so well over many years, to her Doctors and to the Staff at Bridgnorth Medical Practice for all your efforts on her behalf throughout her long illness, to the Doctors and all Staff at The Princess Royal Hospital N.H.S. Trust at Telford for your care of and kindness to Dot and to the Family throughout her stay with you and for the great dignity afforded to her in the closing hours of her life, to the Bearers for completing their duties with such care, to everyone who contributed their memories of Dot to us for inclusion in this Ceremony. To Nigel and Derek for your very personal contributions to the Service, to all at The Bylet Bowling Club for your very warm hospitality afterwards and for the excellent post-Funeral reception catering and to our Cousin, the Reverend Edward Ward and to Organist Dr John Turnock for leading us in a most uplifting celebration of the life and times of Dot Shinton.
