Passed away peacefully at home on November 3, 2016, aged 74 years.
Devoted Husband to Veronica.
Father to Sharon, Stuart and Christopher and Pap to Jake, Max, George and William.
Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium on Thursday, November 24, 2016, at 3pm.
Family flowers only, donations if desired please for Throat Cancer Research, for which purpose a collection box will provided at the Crematorium.
