Taken suddenly but peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital on October 22, 2016, aged 58 years.
A devoted Husband to Sonia, amazing Dad to Amanda, Tina and Gavin and a loving Grandad to nine Grandchildren.
Funeral Service, 2pm, Wednesday, November 9, at Telford Crematorium.
Flowers welcome but if desired donations for The British Heart Foundation would be appreciated.
Dress code optional.
