Richard, Debbie and Cain would sincerely like to thank everyone for their kindness, support and messages of sympathy following the death of their special boy Josh.

Thank you to everyone for your attendance at Josh's Funeral Service and for donations amounting to œ500 for Hope House Children's Hospice.

We would also like to thank all Doctors, Nurses and Carers who have been involved in Joshua's care over the past 11 years and to the Doctors and Nurses from both Shrewsbury A&E Department and North Staffordshire University Hospital PICU for all of their efforts on March 29 and 30 and to Hope House who have been there when we have needed them most.

Thanks also to Reverend David Humphries for a beautiful Service and Frank Painter & Sons for their kindness and professionalism. Your support has been greatly appreciated by us all, thank you to everyone.

Hi my beautiful little man, it was mummy and daddys wedding anniversary yesterday. It doesn't seem that long ago that me and your dad had planed to have you. We never expected things to turn out the way that did but me and your dad loved you more than anything. We learnt so much from you. The weeks are passing fast but we love you just as much as we always have. You my not be with me in body but you will always be with me in my heart. I will love and miss you forever. Lots of love mum. xxx
