Passed away peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital, on October 15, 2016, aged 56 years.

Dearly loved Son of the late Allan and Sheila and a much loved Nephew and Cousin, who will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service at St. Bartholomew's Church, Tong, on Thursday, November 10, 2016, at 11am, followed by Interment in the Churchyard.

Family flowers only please but donations to Wolverhampton M.S. Therapy Centre would be appreciated.
