Passed away suddenly at The Princess Royal Hospital, on October 6, 2016, aged 33 years.

Loving Husband to Amy.

Father to Jack, Kian and Archie, Son of Gail, Brother to Donna and Uncle to Harrison, Ellicia, Cyro and Duran.

He will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service, 2pm, Friday, November 4, at Telford Crematorium.
