Aged 65 years, passed away at the Severn Hospice, Telford, on April 21, 2012.
A dear Husband, Father, Grandfather and a good man.
Funeral Service, 3pm, Thursday, April 26, at Telford Crematorium.
No flowers by request but donations if so desired to the Parkinson's Research and Severn Hospice, Telford, would be appreciated.
