Peacefully in the Severn Hospice, on October 8, 2016, aged 49 years.

Sadly missed by all his loving Family and many Friends.

Funeral Service to take place at Shrewsbury Crematorium, on Monday, October 24, 2016, at 1.15pm.

Family flowers only please but donations if wished will be divided between Shropshire Blood Trust Fund and the Severn Hospice.
