Passed away suddenly at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, on October 9, 2016, aged 79 years.

Beloved Husband of Jan, loving Father of Simon and Lisa, much loved Grandad to Rachael and Kelly, Faye, Katie and Jack.

Max will be sadly missed by all his loving Family and many Friends.

Funeral Service to take place at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury, on Tuesday, October 25, at 12.30pm.

No black preferred please.

Family flowers only please.

Donations if desired to be shared between The British Heart Foundation and The I.T.U. at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, for which purpose a donation box will be provided at Emstrey.
