Passed away peacefully in The Royal Stoke University Hospital on Tuesday, October 4, 2016. She was aged 53 years, with her Family present and supported in spirit by Friends.
She was a much loved Wife, Mother and Daughter and a dear Friend to so many.
To celebrate Susan's life a Thanksgiving Service will take place at St Chad's Church, on Thursday, October 20, at 12 noon.
In lieu of flowers all donations will be divided between supporting the work of The Stroke Association and ThePrince's Trust.
