Passed away suddenly at The Princess Royal Hospital.

Loved by all of his Family and Friends.

Alan will be sadly missed by all.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium, on Wednesday, October 12, 2016, at 10am.

Family flowers only please, donations if desired for the Terrence Higgins Trust, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.

No black ties please, colourful ties to be worn.
