Mr Rob Ireland, Will and Tom, Mr and Mrs Tudor Powell and the Family of the late Mrs Jane Ireland wish to express their sincere thanks to all Relatives, Friends, Neighbours and Colleaguesfor the cards, letters, emails and other kind messages of sympathy, love and prayers received at this very sad and most difficult time, for the attendance of so many of you at her Funeral Service and for your donations, which will be divided between TheChristie NHS Foundation Trust, Withington, Manchester and The Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, Oswestry.
Your wonderful support has been greatly appreciated by us all.
We extend our thanks to her Oncology Teamat Christies and her Orthopaedic Team at Oswestry, as well as Medical Staff at Station Drive Medical Practice and outside Nursing agencies, as well as Healthcare at Home Team who allowed Jane to live a full and happy life right up until the end, whichwas so important to us all, to Barney and Victoria and The Flower Shop, Bridgnorth for the beautiful floral tributes, to everyone who shared their memories of Jane with us for inclusion in her Funeral Service and particularly to all of you who participated in the Ceremony for your very personal contributions to a most special occasion, to all at The Swan Inn at Aston Munslow for your warm hospitality, for the excellent post Funeral reception catering and for looking after everyone so well afterwards andto Civil Celebrant, Mrs Kat Spoher for leading us in a most uplifting and positive Celebration for the life and times of Jane Ireland.
