Passed away peacefully in The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, after a long struggle, on September 21, 2016, aged 77 years.

Beloved Husband of Joyce, much loved Dad to Mark and Kirk, Father-in-law to Jeanette andSarah and Stepfather to Dale and Neil, loving Grandad to Christopher, Katie, Jack, Ashton and Matthew and Great-Grandad to Michael.

Dave will be sadly missed by all.

Funeral Service to be held on Wednesday, October 5, at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury, at 11.30am.
