Teresa and Jason, Fred and Derek and the Family of the late Mrs. Mary Perry wish to express their sincere thanks to all Relatives, Friends and Neighbours for the kind messages of sympathy and support received at this sad time, for the attendance of so many of you at her Funeral Service and for your donations, which are to be divided between The Midlands Air Ambulance and Highley First Responders.

Special thanks to Mum's Doctors and to theStaff at Highley Medical Practice for your efforts on her behalf, to the Doctors and Staff at The Princess Royal Hospital N.H.S. Trust at Telford for your care and kindness to her in the closing hours of her life, to The Flower Shop in Bridgnorth forthe beautiful floral tributes, to everyone who shared their memories of Mum with us for inclusion in the Ceremony, to all at The Bache Arms in Highley for your warm hospitality and for looking after everyone so well afterwards and to Civil CelebrantMrs. Christine Jolly for leading us in a most comforting Service.
