Of Steeraway, Wellington, Telford. Passed away peacefully at home, on April 14, 2012, aged 46 years. Much loved Daughter of Phil and Penny, Sister of Rob, Sister-in-law of Julie and dear Aunty to Tom and Teddy.
Everybody is welcome at the Committal Service, which will take place at 12 noon on Friday, April 27, at Telford Crematorium and will be followed by a Service of Thanksgiving at All Saints Parish Church, Wellington, at 1pm.
No black to be worn.
Family flowers only pleasebut if desired donations which will be divided between the Severn Hospice, Telford and The Elisabeth Svendsen Trust for Children and Donkeys would be appreciated.
