Passed away at Lightmoor View Care Home with his beloved Daughters Jackie, Pam and Jude by his side, on September 12, 2016, aged 94 years.

Will be sadly missed byall of his Family.

Funeral Service, 2pm, Friday, September 23, at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only by request but if desired donations for The Bracken Unit at Barclay Gardens Residential Home would be appreciated.
